I am pretty well completely satisfied with this one, and how often do I say that? (have I ever said that?)
Way down in Texture Town we are learning to do these wonderful, magical things with heavy matte gel to create deep texture and interest and history. And there are my unbusy bees, because of course, I am chasing time again. All I want to do is paint.
Supper? (how about a yogurt and some taco chips...and a pear...that covers all the food groups doesn't it?) Laundry? (didn't I see a sock or two balled up under the edge of the couch...mostly clean...go get 'em.) Phone messages, emails from the teacher, letters, homework, bills. (they'll dissolve like snow melting if you ignore them long enough, I'm sure I read that somewhere...)
Mommy just wants to paint.

Oooh Mommy paints good too! I love these. The color! The texture! The bees! You are really on to something here. And yes, those are all the food groups!
ReplyDeleteOMG. This is my most favouritest.
ReplyDeletegood for you! love the texture and the bees are wonderful!
ReplyDeleteoooooh! I wanna touch it! Love it, love it!
ReplyDeleteThis is so cool, love the patina effect, it does make you want to reach out and touch them. I think you have a good working handle on things, bills melt and you've got the food groups covered and isn't there always socks stuffed somewhere :-)
ReplyDeleteunbusy bees much more fun (and pretty) than all those chore things!
